Each year the American Library Association chooses the most distinguished books in children's literature for the Newbery, Printz and Caldecott awards. Join Librarian Sarah Bean Thompson, former Printz Committee and Caledecott Committee member, to discuss the nominees and choose our own award winners. Ask a librarian for the reading list for each session. To participate in the discussion, you must read at least two titles from the list.
