Our next adult class is right around the corner, and it'll be a fun one! Join us for FERMENTATION (for grownups) on Saturday, March 24th!

Come and learn about the exciting world of fermentation! Learn about the ways microorganisms transform everyday foodstuffs into culinary delights. Fermentation is used in much more that just wine and beer, though wine and beer are certainly fun to discuss.

Each class is $20 and requires registration. Class is held in the Board Room at The Creamery Arts Center at 411 S. Sherman Pkwy in Springfield.

Professor Powers Science Symposium is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. All profits made from our adult classes go towards scholarships for our summer camps, given to kids in underprivileged areas. Our mission is to cultivate creativity through science education and experiment design, and we are firm believers that giving ALL kids, no matter their socioeconomic background, an opportunity for hands-on learning and honing critical thinking skills is vital to a better future for everyone.
