We Love the Earth

Wednesday, May 8, 3–5 p.m. for grades K–4. Fair Grove Library

Celebrate Earth Day and learn how you can There’s Still Time to Enter Bookmark Contest Kids, teens and adults have until Friday, March 15, to submit entries for the Library’s 20th Annual Design-a-Bookmark Contest.

Pick up an entry form at any branch or the Mobile Library. First-place winning entries will be selected in seven categories: grades K–2, 3–4, 5–6, 7–8, 9–10, 11–12 and adult. Winners in the youth categories will receive a $20 gift card to Hobby Lobby. The adult winner will receive a $20 gift card to the Library’s Between Friends Gift Shop. Winning designs will be printed and distributed at events throughout the year. News Bookends 29 make Earth greener with activities and crafts using recycled household materials. Materials will be provided.
