Trees: Missouri Evergreens (Virtual)

In January, the wind is cold and the trees are bare… well, most of the trees. Some trees keep their leaves through the cold, winter months. Missouri is home to many tree species, but few evergreens are native. Tune in to learn which ones are. This program is open to all ages, however it is best suited for those 12 and older. For those participating in the Cape Nature Center’s “A Year in Color,” this program will earn a green plant bead, and virtual participants are welcome to pick their bead up at the nature center after the program.
