Take a peek behind the curtain of Springfield’s Mother’s Brewing Company to learn firsthand about the history of beer and the basic ingredients and processes used for brewing. A guided tasting at the tour’s conclusion shows how these elements present themselves in the finished product.

Please note: This tour is not air conditioned and involves approximately one hour of standing, walking and a short flight of stairs. Tasting is optional. Limited to 20 participants.
