Wild Edibles: Foraging the Ozarks

Here come the invasivores. During this indoor program, local wilderness expert and author of “Foraging the Ozarks,” Bo Brown will focus on some widespread wild edibles: invasive species. Learn to pick it, cook it, and eat it. His book will be available in the gift shop and Bo will be available for book signing after the program. Ages 15-adult.
